Diggers

Yesterday there was much excitement on the camp site as the digger came up to help erect the poles for the new tipi.
The digger team were really friendly, they are busy working here for a few weeks creating an eco -friendly water treatment system where the old sewage works are. (The finished system will consist of eight different ponds and have over four thousand willow trees and thousands of water plants)  They were  happy to let the children ride in the digger and at 9pm last night Mia sat on Tim's lap and  drove the digger down to our yurt using the controls by herself.  We didn't get any photos of that as it was so dark by then.

  3. What fun for your children! Just look at their happy faces! Big machinery is really so exciting for little ones especially when they get to ride and even drive the machines! My boys just love this sort of action too. And having a new pond to work on. What a great opportunity!
