The woodstove is my best friend and I can't believe we lived for eleven years in this country without one. They're warm, cosy and with glass windows make them such a wonderful treat for watching the hours away. ;-) Good on Ash for braving the cold!
Beautiful photo, makes me feel cosy just seeing it! Ben sleeps downstairs at the moment so he can keep the fire going for us all, lucky us having such wonderful partners x
Oooh, I so miss our woodstove. Still, only four months until we're home and first plans are to put one in the kitchen so we can try to reduce the need to drink the oil for heating!
yay for woodstoves and yay for small, little people who sleep through the night :-)

ReplyDeleteLove our woodstove too...very cosy and warms the heart as well as chilly toes! :)
ReplyDeleteWe love our wood stove too. There are many chilly mornings are spent waiting for the fire to get going, but no more heating oil. Yeah!
